Care One, a leading Michigan staffing agency for over 30 years, is seeking Qualified Mental Health Professionals for positions in Ypsilanti, MI. These professionals will provide mental health services to inmates and play a vital role in their well-being.
Location:
- Newberry Correctional Facilities
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
- No weekends or holidays
- Paid time off
- Medical and dental after 90 days
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
- Current Michigan QMHP license.
- MCBAP credentialing preferred.
- Strong assessment and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
- BCLS certification.
Responsibilities:
- Educate inmates on substance use disorders and MAT.
- Assess and create treatment plans.
- Facilitate recovery-focused group sessions.
- Support FDA-approved medications for opiate use disorders.
- Proficient in electronic records.
