We are seeking a physical therapist to make a tangible impact on patients’ lives while working onsite in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Title: Full-Time Physical Therapist – Contract – 13 weeks
Location: Coldwater, Michigan
Company: Industry Health Solutions
Pay Range: $52.80/HR
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation strategies tailored to patient needs.
• Treat musculoskeletal conditions such as fractures, arthritis, sports injuries, joint replacements, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance patient care and share best practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and preventive care strategies.

Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan.
• Proven experience in orthopedic physical therapy
• Familiarity with manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization and soft tissue manipulation.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and ability to assess and treat joint, bone, and soft tissue disorders.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to adapt treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Empathy and patience when working with individuals experiencing pain or mobility challenges.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry advancements.
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties
