- 11:00pm – 7:30am
- $21.00/hr.,

Resident Care Aide Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care needs: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and oral hygiene
- Document activities, behavior, physical condition, and response to medication or treatment
- Follow nursing care plans, including:
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Applying cold packs and topical treatments
- Providing massage and range-of-motion exercises
- Assist inmate’s during meals, noting food and liquid intake
- Perform light housekeeping: sweeping, disinfecting, and making beds
Reside Care Aide Qualifications:
- Certified from an accredited Resident Care program.
- State certification as a Resident Care Aide.
- Strong patient assessment, management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and adapt to patient-specific needs.
- Flexible in working within diverse environments, regardless of patient demographics or financial status.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all team members.
- Commitment to the goals and mission of Care One Inc.
- Flexible hours as needed to meet patient and facility requirements.
- Demonstrates integrity and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Adaptable to evolving organizational needs.
- Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
